Great. Good listening as always. Here's my thing though. In principle we're all singing from the same hymnal, however my beef is about the Republican's comments about "Mom and Pop Companies."

"Corporation: n. An ingenious way of creating individual profit without individual responsibility."

I articulated this better a couple of days ago but my standpoint is basically this:

Yes, they're trying to make it sound as if they are a corner shop company rather than a trans-nat corp but my problem is thus:

You raise the ceiling fine to a point where only huge corps can actually afford to pay the insurance. This effectively puts the smaller companies in a position where they can no longer afford to operate and therefore sell-out to those "bigger fish". These in turn become much bigger fish and end up in position where they're in a better position to run rough-shod over everyone else because they've become a greater power then was previously anticipated. This happens and the next time someone drops a bollock there is only one company to answer for the fuck-up, rather than several.

In an ideal world Capitalism fixes stupid, but we don't live in that world and protectionism (to some degree) is better for everyone.
