Fri, 28 November 2008 ![]() This week is a total geekfest, as we welcome a new guest to the show. Our friend Cooter is a great consumer of comics, movies and television so naturally his first time on the show is a volcanic mixture of Alan Moore, Star Trek, Batman and a wide array of other subjects. We're hoping you enjoy our new commentator (pardon the audio on his end, we're working on that) and we really want honest feedback on how you think he melds with the show. Depending on what we hear back from you, we may add him as a regular going forward so speak up and be honest. Enjoy! Mon, 5 May 2008 ![]() ![]() This week I'm putting out an early solo show special that was originally supposed to be wholly focused on Grand Theft Auto IV, but rapidly changed into a show covering a few topics. Part of it came from a recent obsession of mine with Chernobyl, and part from seeing Iron Man. Don't worry, GTA is still in there but now the stew has been seasoned and a little extra flavor never hurts. Enjoy! Wed, 26 March 2008 ![]() ![]() This week we've got a 3 hour tank of a show for you, covering a lot of ground. We're discussing our current 'Best Of' list, which covers all forms of media and hopefully doesn't tread the same typical ground as other 'Best' lists. Some of our choices will be pretty easy to predict, but others may surprise you. I originally thought of splitting the show up into parts, but honestly there was no natural break in the flow of the discussion so I opted not to force it. Also, congratulations to our winners for the wallpaper contest! Both winning entries are linked below for you to download and enjoy! ![]() Wallpaper by Kevin from the Phillipines Download at 800 x 600 Download at 1024 x 768 ![]() Wallpaper by Andrew from Australia Download at 800 x 600 Download at 1024 x 768 Download at 1280 x 1024 Opening Music: "Fire In The Sky" by Dave London Closing Music: "ET" by Peplab Comments[10] |

Sat, 4 August 2007 ![]() ![]() This is the second part of The Green Show. After our lengthy opening segment, this is where we get into the meat of the topic. First we talk about the Matrix trilogy, a set of movies I think was over-hyped at the time and got undersold as a result. Lando is not as impressed with the films as I am, so it makes for an interesting breakdown of what we though worked and didn't work. After that, it's on to the Hulk, one of the few comic characters we both think is fantastic. We go over what makes the Hulk one of those rare enduring creations that hasn't been ruined over time.
