Today on the 5: When I got the new Samsung Galaxy S III last week, it occurred to me that one of the things that has happened with Android is that the OS itself has become less of a consideration. Much like iOS, the biggest thing people wonder about with phones now are the specs. Is that the mark of OS parity?
